Panayiotis is the head of the Technology and AI department, where he leads the firm’s strategic initiatives in digital transformation and regulatory compliance at the intersection of tech and AI. With a focus on providing innovative solutions for complex legal challenges, he guides clients through the complexities of AI, blockchain, and technology regulations.

Panayiotis obtained his LL.B (with Hons) from Kingston University London in 2015. In 2016, he obtained his MS.c in Law, Business and Management Law from the University of Law in Moorgate, London. He then successfully completed the Legal Practice Course (LPC) at the University of Law in Moorgate, London. He was admitted to the Cyprus Bar Association in 2017 and joined Pelaghias, Christodoulou, Vrachas LLC in 2019.

He has a particular focus on Artificial Intelligence (AI), Technology and Blockchain space as well as the area of Financial Services. Panayiotis is a hardworking and committed professional striving for excellence in everything he does. He offers comprehensive legal support across a range of areas, including Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain Technology, Fintech, CASPs, Decentralised Ledger Technologies (DLTs) and Financial Services Regulations.

Panayiotis has frequently participated as a speaker in industry conferences and contributes to monthly publications, sharing his knowledge and insights on emerging technology trends and best practices.
