Loukia is a Partner in the firm and heads the Corporate and Shipping department.

Loukia obtained her LL.B (with Hons) from the University of Leicester in 2010 and LL.M in Corporate and Business Law from Birmingham City University in 2011. She joined Pelaghias, Christodoulou, Vrachas LLC in 2011 and was admitted to the Cyprus Bar Association in 2012.

She has extensive experience in matters of corporate restructuring, mergers and acquisitions and financing transactions.  Loukia also deals with the day-to-day legal advice to a diverse range of clients, from multinational corporations to local enterprises..
