Ανακοίνωση για Επιβολή Ετήσιου Τέλους Επαγγελματικής Άδειας από την Ένωση Δήμων / Announcement Imposition of Annual Professional License Fee from the Association of Municipalities.

ΑΝΑΚΟΙΝΩΣΗ ΓΙΑ ΕΠΙΒΟΛΗ ΕΤΗΣΙΟΥ ΤΕΛΟΥΣ ΕΠΑΓΓΕΛΜΑΤΙΚΗΣ ΑΔΕΙΑΣ ΣΕ ΕΝΕΡΓΑ ΝΟΜΙΚΑ ΠΡΟΣΩΠΑ ΠΟΥ ΕΧΟΥΝ ΤΗΝ ΕΔΡΑ ΤΟΥΣ ΣΤΟ ΔΗΜΟ ΛΕΥΚΩΣΙΑΣ

 

Αγαπητοί μας πελάτες και συνεργάτες,

Με την παρούσα, φέρουμε εις γνώση σας την ανακοίνωση που λάβαμε από τον Δήμο Λευκωσίας, εντός των δημοτικών ορίων του οποίου ευρίσκεται η διεύθυνση των γραφείων μας. Η ανακοίνωση αυτή αφορά την απόφαση που λήφθηκε σύμφωνα με τα άρθρα 104 και 105 του Περί Δήμου Νόμου 111/1985 για την επιβολή «Ετησίου Τέλους Επαγγελματικής Άδειας» επί ενεργών εταιρειών που έχουν ως διεύθυνση τα γραφεία μας και που είτε έχουν εδώ το εγγεγραμμένο γραφείο τους (επίσημη έδρα) είτε από εδώ διεξάγουν τις εργασίες τους. Το τέλος δε που αφορά τα ενεργά νομικά πρόσωπα, καθορίστηκε στα €250 ετησίως.

Αυτή είναι μια απόφαση που λήφθηκε από την Ένωση Δήμων και ισχύει σε όλους του Δήμους της Κυπριακής Δημοκρατίας.

Κατόπιν τούτου και δυνάμει της πιο πάνω ανακοινώσεως, μας κάλεσαν και αποστείλαμε ήδη κατάσταση με τα ονόματα όλων των νομικών προσώπων που είτε έχουν εδώ το εγγεγραμμένο γραφείο τους (επίσημη έδρα) είτε από εδώ διεξάγουν τις εργασίες τους. Αν δεν το πράτταμε αυτό, θα διωκόμασταν ποινικά εμείς ως Διευθυντές.

Όταν κι εφόσον λάβουμε την χρέωση από τον Δήμο Λευκωσίας που αφορά το Ετήσιο Τέλος Επαγγελματικής Άδειας για την εταιρεία σας ή τις εταιρείες πελατών σας, θα σας ενημερώσουμε άμεσα.

 

 

ANNOUNCEMENT IMPOSITION OF ANNUAL PROFESSIONAL LICENSE FEE TO ACTIVE LEGAL ENTITIES WHICH HAVE THEIR HEADQUARTERS IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF NICOSIA

 

Dear clients and associates,

We hereby bring to your attention an announcement we received from the Nicosia Municipality, in which our offices are located. This announcement refers to the decision taken in accordance with articles 104 and 105 of the Municipality Law 1985 (111/1985) for the imposition of an “Annual Professional License Fee” on active companies that use our office’s address by either having their registered office here (official headquarters) or carry out their work from here. The fee for active legal entities was set at €250 per year.

This is a decision taken by the Association of Municipalities and applies to all municipalities in the Republic of Cyprus.

Following this and based on the above announcement, they have requested from our firm a list with the names of all legal entities that, either have their registered office here (official headquarters) or carry out their work from here. We, acting as directors have already provided such information because failure to comply may lead to criminal prosecution against us.

As soon as we receive the relevant invoice from the Nicosia Municipality regarding the Annual Professional License Fee for your company(s) or your client’s company(s), we will inform you immediately.
